Masonic District. After the host Master opened the District Lodge he
would turn the East over to a qualified Past Master who would then run the
District meeting.
Bro Kevin also said they where looking at holding these meeting 3 - 4
times a year. Jay Coleman, P.M. felt the concept was great, however
their wasn't enough time to promote it with the date less than 30 days away

the meeting on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Masonic Center
Reading PA. Lou Fiorini, P.M. 2nd the motion. A vote was
held and unanimously approved. Motion carried.

Masters jewel and apron to these meetings. Bro. Jim Shaw, P.M.
suggested that in order to follow proper Grand Lodge protocol all Past
Masters filling the chairs would be required to wear the jewel and apron of
the chair they where filling. Jim Shaw, P.M. also informed the
members that all those attending would be required to wear a jacket, tie and
Lodge apron in other words the same dress requirements as stated or extra
lodge meeting would required. Carl Binkley, P.M. suggested we come up
with a specific name to call these meetings in order to promote them
throughout the District. It was also suggested that initially we limit
the meetings to twice a year. Everyone was in agreement. Mike
